# Trực Tâm | Hướng dẫn trải nghiệm nền tảng cho người dùng

Xin chào các thành viên, đây là không gian đăng tải/cập nhật các video hướng dẫn sử dụng/trải nghiệm Trực Tâm.&#x20;

Khi trải nghiệm nền tảng, các thành viên vui lòng lưu ý: &#x20;

1. <mark style="color:green;">**Hiện Trực Tâm có Trang Web và Ứng dụng (trên IOS & Android):**</mark>&#x20;

* Với trang Web (tructam.com): người dùng chỉ truy cập được khi dùng **trình duyệt máy tính**&#x20;
* Với Ứng dụng Trực Tâm (trên IOS & Android): người dùng vui lòng **tìm kiếm "Trực Tâm"** trên **Google Play** hoặc **Apple Store** để tải Ứng dụng. Ngoài ra, người dùng có thể quét **QR code** sau:&#x20;

2. <mark style="color:green;">**Hướng dẫn trải nghiệm Trực Tâm trên phiên bản Web & App**</mark> sẽ được thể hiện qua các video ngắn, khoảng 2 - 3 phút/video, và sẽ được cập nhật dựa trên các điều chỉnh tại nền tảng:&#x20;

* Nhắn tin đến tài khoản HỖ TRỢ KỸ THUẬT: Vào mục "Cá nhân" -> "Cộng đồng" -> "Cá nhân",&#x20;

&#x20;      tìm tài khoản HỖ TRỢ KỸ THUẬT và gửi tin nhắn (Chỉ áp dụng với Thành viên chính thức).

* Nhắn tin đến tài khoản Zalo: Thoi Dai Khai Phong Jsc.
